Sarah’s 24th birthday cake

My second born turned 24 in May.  I can’t believe she’s 24!! She has always loved chocolate, and so I made her a chocolate cake with my cheater version of chocolate fondant. It’s just a jar of marshmallow cream mixed with cocoa powder. No, it doesn’t look as good as real fondant, but it tastes great! It had a good enough texture to roll some little roses. 

   I also put fresh strawberries on it, which is a bad idea if you don’t plan on eating it right away. The strawberry juice mixed with the chocolate fondant and frosting and started dripping. Oh well it tasted yummy and looked good!
